Scope of work
Each project begins with a written scope covering pages, features, and deliverables agreed by email. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work begins.
Project delivery
Typical turnaround is one week for a one-page site and two to three weeks for larger builds, starting once we have your content, images, and brand assets.
Delays in providing content or feedback move the delivery date accordingly. We keep you updated with a preview link throughout the build.
Payment terms
Packages are quoted as one-time fees: Starter $700, Business $1,200, Premium $2,000. A 50% deposit is due before work starts and the balance on launch.
Invoices are payable within 7 days. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, or premium fonts are billed at cost and are your property.
Revisions
Every package includes two rounds of revisions on the agreed design. Further changes are billed at our standard hourly rate, quoted in advance.
Code and content ownership
On final payment you own 100% of the website code, design files, domain, and hosting account. Nothing is locked to us and you may move your site at any time.
You confirm you have the rights to any text, logos, and photos you supply, and you keep ownership of them.
Hosting, security, and support
Sites are deployed on secure hosting with HTTPS enabled by default. Ongoing care plans are optional, month to month, and cancellable at any time.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins, providers, or changes made by others after handover.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time in writing. Work completed up to that point is invoiced, and deposits cover work already delivered.
Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We do not accept liability for indirect losses such as lost revenue.
